Harry Ngo is a finance professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with double majors in Biology and Psychology from the University of Toronto. In addition, Harry has completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and is a Level 2 candidate in the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) program as well as a Level 3 candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program.

Harry has previously held the title of Financial Services Manager at TD Bank, where he gained valuable expertise in the field. He has a unique experience with investment properties, which sets him apart from other finance professionals.

Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, Harry is able to provide exceptional service to a diverse clientele. In his free time, Harry enjoys supporting the New England Patriots, playing badminton, and playing basketball. He is also a retired football player, former swimming instructor, and a passionate skater. Harry is a proud father and a dog lover.

Chahat Thakur is a Residential Mortgage Specialist with 6 years of experience in the finance industry. She previously worked as a Mortgage Underwriter and has experience in LML mortgages with Mortgage Alliance. Chahat has a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management from Humber College.

Her unique experiences make her a specialist in debt consolidation and refinances. Chahat specializes in rush closings and finding the lowest rate options for her clients. She is also fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.

Outside of work, Chahat has a passion for helping others and has a motto of “Rising by lifting others”. She loves being one with nature by exploring national parks and lakes in Ontario. Chahat’s social media presence showcases her dedication to helping clients achieve their dreams and goals.

Karen Patino Ramirez is a highly experienced finance professional with over 9 years of experience in the industry. She has worked in various roles, including Finance Manager and Financial Advisor. Karen’s niche is investment properties, and she enjoys helping her clients build their investment portfolios.

Karen is a BA Hons graduate from the University of Toronto and is fluent in English and Spanish. She is also a small business owner and has experience volunteering in her community.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with her 3 dogs, as well as staying active with her fitness and health interests.

Charles Kayitaba is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in the finance industry and sales. With a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Human Kinetics, Charles brings a unique perspective to his work in real estate investment and management.

Charles has over 4 years of experience in finance and 7 years in sales, and has held various roles including Project Manager for Real Estate Investors, Regional Fitness Manager of Orange Theory Fitness, and Physiotherapist Assistant & Clinical Advisor.

As Regional Fitness Manager for Orange Theory Fitness, Charles successfully oversaw the business operations on a regional scale, ensuring monthly targets were hit, and growing sales teams for individual studios.

Charles also has experience in overseeing multi-unit real estate projects, ensuring that capital partners receive their projected returns.

Charles has a unique experience operating Ontario’s first Real Estate Networking and Education Company, which specializes in breaking down barriers for marginalized communities and Real Estate entrepreneurs. Through collaboration with Canada’s most successful real estate professionals and establishments, Charles helps provide education and support for those who need it most.

Fully bilingual in both spoken and written English and French, Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics and Biology with Honors. Outside of work, Charles is a fitness enthusiast, an avid reader, and aspires to write his own book.

John Koumbridis has 9 years of experience in the finance industry. He has previously served as a Business Development Manager and has extensive expertise in client building, customer service, expanding businesses, and team building.

Before entering the finance industry, John was a small business owner of a butcher shop, providing him with valuable entrepreneurial experience. He is fluent in both English and Greek, allowing him to communicate effectively with a diverse client base.

In his personal life, John is a devoted father of two children and holds down another job in addition to his work in finance. 

He understands the value of hard work and the importance of striking a balance between his personal and professional commitments.

John is also a proud owner of a labradoodle named Murphy, who he considers to be his third child. When he’s not working, John enjoys playing and watching basketball and staying active.

With a background spanning over a decade as a Registered Nurse and Emergency First Aid Instructor, Vincent Vinh-Son Nguyen brings a high level of dedication to his role within the finance industry. Simpy Kapoor is a talented Mortgage Agent with over 4 years of experience in the finance industry. Ricky Verma is a dedicated Mortgage Agent Level 1 with a passion for helping his clients achieve their financial goals. Ricky has completed his education from the Real Estate & Mortgage Institute (REMIC) and OREA College, and also holds a Masters in Computer Applications.

He practices various breathing techniques such as Pranayamas and Kriyas, Hatha Yoga, and meditation on a daily basis. Winson Ly is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in sales and 4 years in finance. He holds multiple accreditations including CSC, Lean Six Sigma White Belt, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and is currently working towards his CRM. Winson’s previous job title was Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, where he oversaw the quality of work assignments outsourced overseas and domestically, and created and managed projects to solve current efficiency issues within the operations department.

In addition to his professional experience, Winson has a keen interest in investing in stocks and is looking into investment properties this year. 

He is fluent in English and Cantonese (Chinese) and holds a BA in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University. With his experience and expertise, Winson is dedicated to providing his clients with top-notch service and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Simran Saini is an Officer Administrator & Coordinator with 2 years of experience in the finance industry. Prior to this, Simran worked as a Compliance Administrator for 1.5 years and has over 4 years of experience in Hospitality Management.

Simran has a unique perspective, having recently moved to Canada from Australia. This has given her an understanding of the unique challenges that come with relocating to a new country.

Simran is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, allowing her to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients. She holds a Bachelor of Professional Accounting from Holmes Institute in Melbourne, Australia, which has equipped her with the skills necessary to excel in the finance industry.

Simrit Sodhi is a seasoned Chief Marketing Officer and Client Experience Specialist with over 12 years of experience in the finance industry. Simrit’s extensive career has included working in various channels of banking, including licensed investment specialist and compliance officer. She has also held the position of District Manager at TD Bank Financial Group. Simrit’s experience also includes financial services management, customer service lead and management roles, as well as owning and operating her own event planning company, Hostess with the Mostess Inc. She also has several years of retail management experience.

Simrit brings a unique set of experiences to her work, including managing a niche market real estate investment portfolio and being a small business owner. 

Simrit comes from a first-generation immigrant family and is a proud Mississauga resident and Mississauga history buff. Simrit is fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.

Simrit holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Toronto Metropolitan University, with a major in Marketing and specialization in Ecommerce. In her personal time, Simrit enjoys nature hikes, travelling, discovering new countries, and exploring new restaurants. She is also a mother of two beautiful boys.

Sebastian Gutierrez is an experienced mortgage specialist with a strong background in the finance industry. Having worked several years at Scotiabank and CIBC, he possesses a comprehensive understanding of investments and lending in Canada.  From managing investment properties and owning a small business to navigating life as a newcomer to Canada, he brings a diverse perspective to his role. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Sheridan College (Hazel Campus).
